About a week ago went to WCG 2010 Ukraine finals. Took some pictures, nothing really fancy. The event was pretty much boring. Left early.
Some korean dude from Samsung made a speech during opening of the tournament. Looks like the WCG is little more than opportunity for entertainment companies to advertise themselves. Among all standard tournaments a mobile game tournament was added this year, and it was held using Samsung smartphones.

American Football was an indie rock band from Urbana, Illinois, United States from 1997 to 2000.
The band had few live performances and disbanded less than a year after releasing their self-titled album; still, they gained critical acclaim for that album, which merged the plain-spoken, confessional lyrics of emo and the varying time signatures of math rock with a softer musical sensibility.
Another awesome band of 2010.
